2022 Call for Abstracts

Call for Abstracts

If your abstract was accepted in 2019-2020 and you have contacted Kelly Mattingly about speaking at the 2022 conference, you do not need to submit a new abstract unless you have updates and revisions. Submit updates to an existing abstract by completing the online abstract form.

Priority will be given to presentations on the following topics:

  • New and Emerging Technologies (Ex smart poles, solar, etc)
  • Electric vehicles and charging infrastructure
  • Recent changes in Coastal Resilience
  • Operation changes due to COVID

Please access the Call for Abstracts Form and Abstract Instructions links below.   The deadline for Abstracts is December 17, 2021.

The Conference Steering Committee is particularly interested in abstracts falling under the conference theme of Building on the Future.

Please match your specific topic with one of the presentation interest areas listed on the Abstract Form. The presentation interest area you select will be used to put your presentation into an appropriate track and group your presentation with other similar presentations in the program.

This year, some technical presenters will be asked to serve as the room moderator for their session. Volunteers are also needed to serve as room monitors (those who track attendance for CEUs.)  Please consider volunteering in this capacity.

Please contact Kelly Mattingly, Technical Program Committee Coordinator, with any questions.
