EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

May 4th - 5th, 2016

Your support and involvement are paramount to the success of this event. This is an amazing and economical opportunity to reach out to your customers, spotlight your products and demonstrate your dedication to APWA and its members.

Exhibit Booth registration includes full Conference registration for 2 attendees, 6ft table and 2 chairs. If you are one of the conference attendees pleased also select the gratis attendee option during the registration process. If you would like to bring more than 2 people from your organization you may register them at a reduced rate by selecting the additional attendee option.  You may register an additional 4 attendees at this reduced rate. To Add them to this registration select the "additional rep" option towards the top of the page..  Click on the registration options on the right to learn more. Exhibitors needing electricity will need to coordinate this through the hotel. Please use the vendor request form below.

2016 Exhibit Fees:

Exhibit Booth Early Bird   $575.00      Registered by March 30th

Exhibit Booth Regular      $675.00      Registered after March 30th

Second Booth                 $425.00      Exhibit spaces will be placed side by side unless requested otherwise

Additional Exhibit Space  $225.00      After 2

Additional Attendee         $175.00     After 2

**Exhibit Space must be paid in full prior to the conference to guarantee your space.**

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS :

Exhibitors shall insure their own exhibits and display materials. Exhibitors shall carry Public Liability Insurance with a $1,000,000.00 combined single limit or bodily injury, accident, and property damage combined per incident. Certificates of insurance should be submitted to the chapter no later than 30 days prior to the first day of exhibits.

Cancellations must be made in writing by April 15th.  

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied.   No refunds after April 15th.

Wednesday, May 4
Set-Up   ~ 8:00-3:00 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Open  ~  4:30-8:00 p.m.
Reception   ~  6:00-8:00 p.m.

Thursday, May 5
Exhibit Hall Open   ~ 8:00-4:00 p.m.

Gala at Virginia Museum of Transportation ~ 6:30 – 9:30 ** We hope you will join us at this event, it will be an excellent opportunity network with the conference attendees again
