NEW FOR 2023! EXHIBITORS, we have heard your feedback! We would like to schedule mobile technical sessions in the exhibit hall to promote more interaction with attendees. Exhibitors can provide brief case study presentations at their booths so we can offer CEUs to participating attendees. If you are interested in participating in one of our mobile sessions, please indicate so on your registration. We will contact you regarding the topic and eligibility for CEUs. Space is limited.

ALSO, ACT NOW! The 2022 conference exhibit hall sold out of booths!

Standard Exhibit Booth registration includes full conference registration for 2 people (Enter name of 2nd registrant in Additional Comments). Additional booth registrations do not include additional conference registrations.

Each booth is 10' x 10' and includes a back drape, siderails, 6 ft skirted table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket.

Registration Types:

1. Standard Exhibit Booth:

• Early Bird Price: $800 (register by March 24)  
• Regular Price: $1,000 (March 24 to April 18)

2. First Additional Booth: $400

3. Each Additional Booth: $250

Utilities are not included with the Exhibitor registration. Any exhibitor that needs electricity should refer to the documents linked at the end of this registration page or contact the Hampton Roads Convention Center directly. 

Exhibit booth locations will be assigned by the Conference Committee by April 19.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Each exhibitor registration requires submission of an executed 2023 Exhibitor Liability and Waiver document and current COI. 

Hotel Reservations:

Lodging will be at the Embassy Suites attached to the convention center. You must make hotel reservations by March 24 to receive the reduced group rate. 

The APWA Mid-Atlantic Group Rate is $149.
