Attendees are eligible to receive up to 4 PDHs, issued by the Chapter, only if pre-registered and paid. PDHs will be limited to total of three participants per connection. The registration must contain the names of the attendees seeking PDHs.

We have created this virtual educational event sponsorship to provide maximum exposure and exceptional benefits.

Event sponsorship is available for $150 each and entitles each sponsor to one registration and one event connection where PDHs will be provided to total of three (3) participants per sponsoring agency/firm, per connection. The sponsor registration must contain the names and emails of the attendees seeking PDHs. Company logo will be displayed at event and on the event registration page located on the Chapter website. Sponsorship payment is to be paid in advance of event and logo should be sent (png of jpg format) no later than February 24, 2022 to Erica at: erica@associationbuilders.com.

This Virtual Webinar brings together people and skills across organizations to begin to examine succession and staffing needs, as well as address workforce assessment training challenges.

10:15 am - Succession Planning: Its Easier Than You Think by Margie Hamner, Starfish Consulting

11:00 am - Succession Planning Insights - Juan Reyes, Asst. Director of Public Works, Fairfax County Dept. of Public Works & Environmental Services

11:45 am – LUNCH BREAK

12:30 pm - Practitioners Panel - Insights into addressing career ladder pathways;  employee retention linked with salary survey; skill level and training; Linkage with Succession Management and Workforce Development

1:30 pm - – Succession Management and Workforce Needs Assessment – breakout group exercise

Random groups will be assembled virtually using the Committee-developed assessment worksheets. Instructions will be given at the opening of this topic.
