On March 13, 2020, the President declared the COVID-19 pandemic a national emergency. This significant step opens reimbursement possibilities for all eligible Public Assistance applicants. PANEL MEMBERS INCLUDE: Steven Kral Director, Emergency Management Services ATCS PLC
Mr. Steven Kral is a homeland Security, and public safety professional with overtwenty years of program/project management experience in both private and public sectors environments. Directed analytical and strategic planning projects for a range of Federal, state, and local public safety clients. Developed path-breaking work in assessing community resiliency, cyber-security challenges, all-hazards planning, as well as assessment/evaluation of specific homeland security and emergency management programs.
Margaret T. Larson Senior Vice President, Client Services AG Witt, LLC Margaret Larson is a Senior Vice President with AG Witt, LLC, a full-service emergency management consulting firm. Margaret brings nearly 30 years of emergency management, policy and programmatic expertise through her tenure on Capitol Hill, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Feeding America and with national consulting firms such as Ernst and Young (EY). Her most recent work has been throughout the State of California on wildfire recovery.
Jeff Stevens Vice President, Emergency Management I-Parametrics LLC
Jeff serves as iParametrics’ Vice President of Emergency Management. In this role, he works closely with our clients to improve their resilience and enhance their recovery efforts, Jeff is hand on leader known for his dogged advocacy on behalf of the communities we serve. Prior to joining iParametrics, Jeff served in various public and private sector roles. Some highlights include overseeing the largest disaster in the history of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, being part of the H1N1 Response Leadership Team at the Rhode Island Department of Health, and rebuilding the emergency management program at New York University. Jeff is a Certified Emergency Manager and FEMA Master Exercise Practitioner. He holds numerous Incident Management Team certifications and is also a volunteer firefighter.
