0.75 CEUs (7.5 PDHs) available. Sign-in and sign-out notebook will be provided on-site for each participant to complete. Sign-ins need to be provided to receive the CEUs/PDHs.

Program Description:   

This workshop is designed to give public agencies the tools to evaluate management policies and procedures. APWA Accreditation Program Manager, Tracy Quintana, will base the training on the APWA Management Practices Manual for Self-Assessment and Accreditation. Participants will learn from best practices identified by national experts in the field of public works and how to target problem areas, identify opportunities and improve the effectiveness of public works operation. The workshop will be led and facilitated by Tracy Quintana, and supplemented with Chapter leaders from accredited agencies.
