Your support and involvement are paramount to the success of this event.  This is an amazing and economical opportunity to reach out to your customers; spotlight your products and demonstrate your dedication to APWA and it's members.


Please refer to the "2019 Exhibitor Liability Waiver" at the end of this page.  Each exhibitor registration requires submission of an executed "2019 Exhibitor Liability Waiver" document and current COI. 

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than COB, April 12, 2019.  No refunds after April 12, 2019.

Early Bird Price (Register by March 22, 2019)

Regular Registrations (After March 22, 2019) 

Standard Exhibit Booth includes: 10'x10',   Backdrape, 3’ siderails, 1-topped & skirted 6 ft. table, 2 folding chairs, sign with company name, 1-wastebasket.   Exhibit hall is carpeted.  Exhibit registration includes attendance for 2 for the Wednesday Evening Social aboard the USS Wisconsin, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and two drink tickets for the Thursday Evening Exhibit hall social.  $800$1000

Please provide contact information for the 2 people who will be attending the conference below.  Names need to be provided at time of registration.  Substitutes must be received in writing no later than COB April 12, 2019.  

Any exhibitor needing utilities (electricity, phone line, others) should refer to the documents linked at the end of this registration page or contact the Hilton The Main directly.  Utilities are not included with the Exhibitor registration.  

Exhibit space assignments will be made by the Conference Committee and each exhibit space will be confirmed by the Conference Committee no later than May 1, 2019. 


Wednesday evening, join us on board the USS Wisconsin from 6pm - 9pm for a social and networking event.  This unique opportunity will take place on the fantail of the USS Wisconsin.  Picture yourself on the fantail of this historic battleship at our white-themed event (everyone dresses in  white clothing), enjoying great food, adult libations, and live music from the Latin Jazz Conspiracy! Two tickets for this event are included with the Exhibitor registration.  If additional tickets are needed they may be purchased separately.  You won't want to miss this opportunity to network with conference attendees and colleagues.  

Also included with the Exhibitor registration, is attendance to the Thursday Evening Exhibit Hall Social.  Please plan to stay and network with conference attendees and colleagues in the exhibit hall from 5pm-7pm.   This is a great opportunity to reach out to your customers and spotlight your products.   Full conference attendees and Single Day Thursday attendees are invited to attend.

Lodging for the 61st Annual Conference and Equipment Show has been arranged at the Hilton Norfolk The Main.  The Main is within walking distance to over 50 restaurants and is situated near the beautiful Elizabeth River.  It is close to the newly renovated Waterside District and for baseball fans it is less than a mile from Harbor Park.
