Cancellations must be received in writing no later than COB, April 13, 2018. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds after April 13, 2018.
Standard Exhibit Booth is 10’ x 10’ and includes: 8-ft backdrape, 3’ siderails, 1-topped & skirted table, 2-folding chairs, 1-ID sign, 1-wastebasket. Large Exhibit Booth (labeled as “EQ” on floor plan) is 30’ x 30’. Exhibit registration includes attendance for 2. Please provide contact information for the 2 people who will be attending the conference below. Names need to be provided at time of registration. Substitutes must be received in writing no later than COB April 13, 2018. Additional exhibitor registrations can be added at a reduced fee on this registration page.
Any exhibitor needing carpet and utilities (electricity, phone line, others) should refer to the documents linked at the end of this registration page or contact the Fredericksburg Expo Center directly. Carpet and utilities are not included with the Exhibitor registration.
Four Out Door spaces are available measuring approximately 10-ft by 40-ft.
Exhibit space assignments will be made by the Conference Committee and each exhibit space will be confirmed by the Conference Committee no later than March 30, 2018.
Two drink tickets to the Thursday night networking social are included with each Exhibit registration. We hope you will stay for this event and network with the Conference Attendees. Exhibitors desiring extra Thursday night networking social tickets, other than those included with the Exhibit booth registration, may purchase tickets in advance. We cannot guarantee Thursday night networking social tickets will be available on-site so advance purchase is suggested. Once the specific details for Thursday's event have been finalized, those details will be updated here.
